Meet the Team

Originally from California, Dr. Sadek earned his Bachelor’s degree in cell and molecular biology before attending New York University, College of Dentistry. He graduated in the top 5% of his class for clinical skills and was selected for an honors program focusing on challenging cases.

During dental school, Dr. Sadek fulfilled a lifelong dream by commissioning into the US Navy, where he honed his skills in endodontics during an Advanced Education in General Dentistry program at MCRD, South Carolina. His exceptional performance led to him being recommended for a leadership role in endodontics at a California military base, where he treated a diverse range of cases for two years as a sole provider for over 10,000 personnel. Dr Sadek’s efforts were recognized and he received several commendations for going above and beyond the call of duty.

Curious about the field of endodontics, Mary often wondered why it seemed to be such a source of fear for many. That curiosity sparked a passion—now, one of her favorite parts of the job is helping patients feel at ease. She takes pride in comforting those who are nervous and enjoys reassuring them about their treatment.

During her first week on the job, Mary realized she was in the right place. Assisting Dr. Sadek and witnessing the process of saving people’s teeth gave her a deep appreciation for the specialty. Watching patients walk in with pain or fear and leave with relief and smiles continues to reaffirm her commitment to the field.

Outside of the office, Mary is a devoted mom to her amazing son, who inspires her to grow and strive to be her best self every day. She loves the outdoors and finds joy in road trips, glamping, and bike rides.

Mary’s genuine care for others and her desire to change the way people view endodontics make her a valued member of the Marina Endodontics team.
