Root Canal Therapy Instructions

Take any prescribed medications as directed by Dr. Ahmed Sadek.
Inform the doctor of any medical conditions, allergies, or medications you are currently taking.
Follow any additional instructions provided by Dr. Sadek to ensure a successful and comfortable root canal treatment.

Make sure to schedule any follow-up appointments with your dentist or endodontist to evaluate the healing process or determine if further treatment is needed such as a filling or crown.
If a permanent restoration such as a crown is needed, schedule an appointment with your dentist as soon as possible to protect the treated tooth and restore its function and appearance.
Avoid chewing on the treated tooth until a permanent filling or crown is placed, as it may be sensitive or prone to fracture.
Avoid eating hard, sticky, or crunchy foods that could dislodge or damage the temporary restoration.
Communicate with our office if you have any questions or concerns about your recovery or the outcome of the root canal procedure.
